Product Description

The Greenaminase® enzyme assay kit consists of engineered transaminases and demonstrates activity exceeding 50% against the designated substrates. These enzymes may serve as a promising foundation for subsequent engineering efforts aimed at enhancing their activity, organic solvent tolerance, thermostability, and other desirable traits. Several variants have undergone pilot-scale testing, exhibiting greater than 90% activity with 99% e.e. at substrate concentrations of 50-100 g/L, temperatures exceeding 45 °C, pH values exceeding 8.5, and 40% DMSO.​
