ICON Opens Shanghai Office
ICON has established a new office in Shanghai to expand its business in the Asia-Pacific region.
ICON plc has announced its expansion in the Asia-Pacific region by opening a new office in Shanghai, China, and the company is relocating its Beijing operations to larger premises.
Peter Gray, ICON's chief executive officer, said, “China is currently the third largest pharmaceutical market in the world and will soon become the second largest, as more and more pharmaceutical companies move their research to this region. We are growing our presence in this important market, as well as the broader Asia-Pacific region, and we have a highly experienced leadership team in place to support our plans for further growth.”
