Precious Metal Recovery from Pharma Reactions

Precious Metal Recovery from Pharma Reactions
Product Description

Catalyst characterisation based on an extensive knowledge base and

experience, will determine a tailored treatment process, which will

deliver the best value returns. Understanding your process where the catalyst is utilised will help

determine the treatment route and matrix effects, such as the residual

solvents present, base metals and halogen species will vary. Finally,

the plant pre-treatment of the catalyst will also effect our

processing techniques such as steam treatment, solvent

washing, nitrogen purging are important, as are the type of

filtration or separation method used to isolate the catalyst. Once we understand these aspects

we will conduct analysis on a small sample

of catalyst. Including matrix evaluation

and thermogravimetric properties of

the material. We will conduct scale up trials to understand the nature of the material with the results giving confidence to all parties.
