Protease Kit

The INOFEA Protease kit provides the opportunity to fully hydrolyze simple and complex protein samples. The kit contains a cocktail of 5 stabilized endo- and exo-peptidases resistant to denaturing agents and to self-digestion. INOFEA’s protease beads are easily separated from the reaction and do not pollute the final product of the digestion. The kit can be used as suggested but also to try a different combination of proteases on their proteins of interest.Solution digestion procedures are provided.
