    Nissha has developed a new injection molding technology called Pulp-Injection – using pulp instead of plastics.

    Pulp-Injection is suitable for device components as well as secondary packaging. As a prototype of components, Nissha has developed a cap of a self-injection pen.

    Pulp-Injection consists of mainly pulp and starch which contribute reduction of usage of plastic. In addition, the products are recyclable in paper recycling system.
