A brief overview of Briggs process engineering services to the pharma sector encompassing our capabilities from conceptual design to FEED study through to detailed design, manufacture, implementation and validation of processing systems. Our capabilities included vessel build, pressure and atmospheric, processing pipework systems, pre-assembled skid units, CIP, SIP and utilities. We have our in-house electrical and software team and validation experts to provide a turnkey service.

    Scapa Healthcare specialize in providing wound dressings at their site in Gargrave, UK. The viscous mixture produced at this site is one of the key components in the manufacture of one of their wound dressing products. Briggs of Burton have a long standing relationship with the client previously providing mixing systems. Briggs were appointed to design and build a facility to improve and increase their production capacity and inhouse capability.
