AAIPharma Acquires Celsis Analytical Services
The combined entity offers a comprehensive portfolio of methods validation and testing services for biotechnology, pharmaceutical and consumer products manufacturers, raw materials suppliers and manufacturers of agricultural and veterinary medicine products.
AAIPharma Services Corp. has acquired Celsis Analytical Services, a division of Celsis International Ltd. that performs material testing services for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and manufacturing sectors.
Celsis Analytical Services provides outsourced cGMP lab services at its lab operations in Edison, NJ and St. Louis, MO. Both testing centers comprise 65,000 sq. ft., adding to AAIPharma’s existing 300,000 sq. ft. of facilities.
The combined entity offers a comprehensive portfolio of methods validation and testing services for biotechnology, pharmaceutical and consumer products manufacturers, raw materials suppliers and manufacturers of agricultural and veterinary medicine products.
