Allenex Olerup SSP products approved for sale in Mexico

Biodist SA de CV will distribute the Allenex Olerup SSP products in Mexico.

Products from Allenex company Olerup SSP, which specialises in genomic human leukocyte antigen (HLA) typing, have been approved for sale in Mexico.

Items are available to the public with immediacy, since the sales representatives have already been trained on the line and carefully briefed on each product's applications.

Biodist SA de CV acted as a local representative throughout the application, and will now be responsible for distribution in the Latin American country.

It has established multiple channels in the region across the years, securing contracts with health insurance providers, enabling Allenex to further penetrate the market.

Chief executive at Biodist Rebeca Miramontes Vidal said: "Biodist will include Olerup SSP products in contracts already for next year and this work will begin immediately.

"We also want to eventually include Allenex other products in the collaboration."

Other brands under the Allenex name include Olerup and AbSorber, which develops the XM-ONE kidney transplantation crossmatching test.
