AMI 1000

AMI 1000
Product Description

Optical Emission Spectroscopy

AMI equipments using patented multi-gas sensor based on Optical Emission Spectroscopy allow quantitative leakage measurements in real time without using any specific tracer gas. Instead, the gas mixture and/or the drug product itself present into the container of the primary packaging are used to perform high sensitivity tests over a large detection range. AMI 1000 equipment have been developed for CCIT of a variety of containers such as pouches, blister packs, vials, syringes, plastic bottles...

AMI method is deterministic, non-destructive, easy to use and to set up and has high sensitivity to measure 0,2 µm defect and above of containers filled with solid and/or liquid drug products. AMI technology is the only one able to detect air and water leakage simultaneously.

With short cycle times combined with high sensitivity and repeatability measurements these systems are very cost-effective.
