Avantor Performance Materials Expands in India
The new lab will be used to characterise excipients; perform functional testing; develop and characterise drug formulations; and support customer applications and product implementation.
Avantor Performance Materials has launched a new laboratory for pharmaceuticals formulation applications at the RanQ Remedies facility, an excipient developer and manufacturer based in Sinnar Nashik, India.
The move follows Avantor’s recent acquisition of RFCL in India, and demonstrates the company’s commitment to growth and expansion in the region.
The new lab, which strengthens a development and manufacturing agreement between Avantor and RanQ, will be used to characterise excipients; perform functional testing; develop and characterise drug formulations; and support customer applications and product implementation.
