BliSecure (Blister Inspection System) is a Colour Camera based online Inspection and verification of Blister based Pharmacuetical products on various forming materials used on Blistering Machines. BliSecure ensures in process quality assurance as well as Inspection accuracy. BliSecure is built with advanced software & hardware configuration, capable of inspecting different products at high speeds ( Inline with Blister Machine Speed).

Precise / accurate inspection of almost all geometric and colour characteristics of products (Tablets and Capsules).

Inspection of products on transparent, opaque and Aluminum foil. 

Seamless Inegration with both continues and intermittent operating Blistering machines.

Auto Blister tech-in procedure.

Inspection of up to 350mm width format. ( Foil Width).

Track wise rejection output is provided ensuring high productivity.

System is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant.

Inspection Speed up to 300 Inspections/min.

Special Features (Optional)

White on White: Inspection of white tablets on white PVC base.

Colour on Colour: Inspection of colour Tablets (Grey, Pale Yellow, and Brown) on same colour base foil. 
Inspection of code (static 2DData Matrix,  Barcode, Pharmacode), pre-printed matter on the aluminum foil.
