Chesapeake Takes over Cortegra to Strengthen US Pharmaceutical Packaging Market
Chesapeake Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Packaging acquires a leading US producer of pharmaceutical leaflets and labels to expand its US operations.
UK-headquartered Chesapeake Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Packaging, a global supplier of printed packaging to the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets, has inked a deal to acquire Cortegra Group, a leading US producer of pharmaceutical leaflets and labels, from Menasha Corporation.
Cortegra, which has two production facilities dedicated to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, complements Chesapeake’s existing three US facilities and further augments its extensive global supply network.
Cortegra has production sites on the east coast in Fairfield, New Jersey as well as a mid-west location at Evansville, Indiana. Employing 150 people, the business is certified to stringent international standards and delivers a broad range of products - patient inform
