Ectoin

Ectoin
Product Description

Ectoine is derived from hyperhalophilic bacteria, an amino acid derivative found in microorganisms, which belongs to cyclic amino acids. It was first discovered in 1985 as a microbial substance found in the salt lakes of the Natran Valley (Egyptian Desert) in Egypt. Under extreme conditions of high salt, high temperature, and high ultraviolet radiation, ectoine protects halophiles from harm.Zhongke Xinyang optimized the fermentation and purification process of ectoine by using synthetic biology, which not only improved the purity of ectoine, but also greatly increased the expression of cells.
