  • News Vitamin K2: Everything You Need to Know

Vitamin K2 is a fat-soluble vitamin essential for bone and heart health. While Vitamin K1, found in leafy greens, helps with blood clotting, Vitamin K2 directs calcium to the bones and teeth, preventing it from accumulating in the arteries and soft tissues.

The two main forms of Vitamin K2 are MK-4 and MK-7. MK-7 is preferred for its better absorption and longer duration in the body, offering greater health benefits.
