Famar To Acquire Sanofi-Aventis Madrid Plant
Sanofi-Aventis and Famar expands their cooperation as a new agreement has been set for a manufacturing plant in Madrid.
An agreement has been achieved between Sanofi-Aventis and Famar under which the latter will integrate Sanofi’s plant in Madrid, into its network of 11 sites across Europe. Sanofi-Aventis and Famar began their collaboration in 2001 when Famar acquired Sanofi’s plant in L’Aigle, France. The new agreement expands the partnership and develop
