No, viewing the site and learning about new events is available to everyone.

Access to a Company Profile is unlimited. If the Company Profile expires, it will downgrade to a Basic Profile which has fewer benefits but the access is still unlimited.

You have a Basic Profile if you earlier had a Silver, Gold or Platinum membership or an Event Profile and your membership has not been renewed. You can change your company description, but you can't list any new products or add any content to your profile.

If you do not remember your password, please click on the Login button on the top right of the screen and then click on the Forgot Password option. If you do not remember your username, please contact a support representative at [email protected]. They will be happy to assist you.

To get one of the memberships mentioned, check the options available via the Memberships' page and choose which one suits your business best.

The profiles mentioned are valid for one year. If the membership is not renewed, it will be downgraded to a Basic Profile.

Once you are logged in, click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the page and then on "Company Profiles" to access the editing panel. After you have made your changes, don't forget to save and publish.

The company name that appears in your Company Profile is the name under which the contract was signed. To change it together with the company description, please contact [email protected]

The best size/ format for images to be upload on your Company Profile is 300 x 300 JPG, JPEG and PNG.

CPHI Verified is a supplier qualification programme created through a partnership between SGS and CPHI for members of the CPHI Online platform.

The reason behind this partnership is that our customers expressed that they would like to work with trusted partners. Also, they want to know that the companies they want to do business with on CPHI Online are legitimate and have been verified.

This process is to undertake an evaluation of the suppliers and how they are meeting key risk criteria.

By participating in the programme suppliers will achieve the CPHI Verified mark.

Verification allows companies to meet the customer and stakeholder requirements, trust and brand loyalty. It allows clients to establish a benchmark of legal, regulatory, quality and brand pre-qualification compliance. It can assist suppliers and buying organizations to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.

SGS’s verification processes are used by large, multinational organizations across several sectors.

CPHI Verified is included within the Platinum membership on CPHI Online. This must be purchased in order to be verified. Please, check the Memberships' page.

As a CPHI Verified company you

• It provides a mechanism for suppliers to complete ‘pre-qualification’ information as part of an advanced registration process within the CPHI Online platform.
• Suppliers complete the questionnaire at a company level demonstrating formal systems and certifications are in place.
• SGS will provide the Subject Matter Expertise in supplier qualification.
• SGS will provide data validation services of the data input by suppliers.

• The process will be completed annually to maintain the “CPHI Verified” logo.

The data will be sent to SGS by yourself via email and then stored on SGS's internal SharePoint site with controlled access. This is an internal system that is not accessible by individuals outside of the SGS network. Even within the network, permissions must be granted to access the data.

Being verified takes around 8 weeks for the full end to end process. However, it will depend on how fast the information provided is shared with SGS.

CPHI Verified is valid for 12 months regardless of the status of the membership. If you want to continue being verified after 12 months, then the Platinum membership must be renewed.

The verification is valid for 12 months. After this period, if the membership hasn’t been cancelled, then the verification process will start again.

Yes, the membership can be cancelled. However, this will be possible only in the 30 days after 12 months.

Once the verification has been approved by SGS, the CPHI Online team will send an email updating you on your company’s verification status. The email will list the benefits of being a CPHI Verified company and a link to the Welcome Pack. This includes:

• Digital copies of the CPHI Verified logo
• Email signature banner
• Creative asset to be used to promote the verification on social media
• Digital template of the CPHI Verified flag
• Press release template for clients to promote they’ve been verified
• Digital CPHI Verified Certificate

The objective of the Welcome Pack is to share that the company has been verified.

The CPHI Verified logo can be used in all your printed and digital materials. These can be catalogues, flyers, cards, videos to be displayed on screens, etc.

For now, the only option to get CPHI Verified is by purchasing a Platinum membership. You can purchase a Platinum membership here.
