Great Place to Work – Place 1 in 2019

To the top with creativity, coaching and potential development! Pascoe Naturmedizin was again distinguished of the Great Place to Work - institute in Berlin. After places 1 and 2 in the past years the first place could be occupied again in this year.

Always on the run for new inspirations and insights, the managing couple Annette D. and Jürgen F. Pascoe regularly visit the creative hotspots of this world in order to get inspiration from successful companies. A short trip to Silicon Valley in California and a visit to the really big IT companies such as Google, Facebook and Tesla have confirmed that Germany will experience an epochal change in the next five years. New technologies and ever faster digitisation will fundamentally change people's life and work. In order to master this challenge, every company needs alert, motivated and innovative employees.  

Annette D. Pascoe: "Changing perspectives at any time, reinventing oneself again and again, questioning the previous success factors and further developing and being inspired by what one does, secures the future for us. The shared ideas and thoughts with our employees play a decisive role here. In our "Zukunftswerkstatt", we encourage creativity and unconventional exchange in order to create something new".  

Last year, the company launched a further training offensive that puts employees in a perfect position to meet future requirements. The use of the personality analysis Insights MDI® makes the strengths of the employees visible. A health management system developed by Pascoe also provides all employees with an individual health programme. A special feature: the Pascoe prevention lounge. Here, employees have the opportunity to have a high-dose vitamin C infusion (Pascorbin®) given to them by a doctor. 

The fact that this approach works is demonstrated by the excellent voting results of the employees and a health rate that is 50 % above the industry average, as well as the positive business results. The company is on the road to success and is looking forward to steady growth. The number of employees is growing and the first construction phase of the new company headquarters in Giessen was inaugurated last year.
