India's Venus Remedies Gets European Patent for Painkiller Injection

Venus Remedies plans to commercialize Achnil, which has been developed over the past five years, through out-licensing of exclusive market rights major pharmaceutical companies.

India's Venus Remedies has been granted a patent by the European Patent Office for its drug Achnil, a once-a-day painkiller injection.

 

Venus Remedies plans to commercialize Achnil, which has been developed over the past five years, through out-licensing of exclusive market rights major pharmaceutical companies, the company said in a statement. It also said Achnil has completed Phase III clinical trials.
