Every time a HPAPI is manufactured, all laboratory activities are required with the same operator protection foreseen for process machines.Typical laboratory applications are:In Process Control;Quality Control activities;HPLC preparation;Sterility testing.

FPS Food and Pharma Systems S.r.l. offers a wide range of containment solution products which includes isolators. It assure containment levels down to 0.1 µg/m3 (oel 8h twa), allowing execution of operations in full safety and the correct ergonomic design of the isolator around the process to be contained. It combines proven design, devices and components to create a unique solution that fits to end user requirement. This way it is possible to build the isolator around new or existing equipments, with best ergonomic results. I.e. Isolators for reactor charge, for filter dryer discharge, for micronisation contained process , for laboratory activities , for packaging/confectioning operations and other. The trend to develop new high active (hpai) or toxic molecules and the increased attention of control organization to operator and environmental protection ask for the use of containment systems during every production phase.
