Jubilant Life Sciences Signs Long Term Supply Deal

India's pharmaceutical company Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd. has signed a long-term supply agreement for a new product with a leading global life sciences company.
The total contract is valued at more than $80 million to be supplied in three years beginning April – June 2012. The contract has a minimum volume commitment with an opportunity to exceed $100 million.
According to a company statement, “The product under the contract is based on an in-house developed technology, integrated with produced raw material resulting in competitive advantage both in terms of cost of production and capital investment.”
