KOLINPHARMA® is the first nutraceutical company to obtain UNI ISO 37001 certification - 30/10/201910 Apr 2020
Ethics, transparency, justice. These are the values on which we base our work and which led us to obtain the UNI ISO 37001 international certification regarding the management systems for the prevention of corruption. An important issue, which made us first in our reference field to achieve this result.
Rita Paola Petrelli, Founder of KOLINPHARMA®, commented: "We are extremely satisfied to have achieved this further recognition, which highlights the constant commitment that the staff dedicates to the Company every day. The ISO 37001 certification demonstrates, in particular, the attention and sensitivity of Kolinpharma® towards a delicate issue such as the fight against corruption. Our Management System proved to be able to guarantee the prevention of possible corruption phenomena through the supervision and analysis of internal processes ".
Released in 2016, the ISO 37001 standard is a tool provided to organizations to counteract the corruption: on the one hand it favors the growth of a culture of transparency and integrity and on the other development of effective measures to prevent and deal with corruption phenomena. The Management System ISO 37001 anti-corruption can also help companies in the knowledge and analysis of their internal processes, in particular the administrative ones, and can be particularly useful, if necessary, for their reorganization. The ISO 37001 standard acts as a support for both entities and companies that need to fulfill the legislative obligations envisaged for anti-corruption and, more generally, for all companies in order to control, over time, the major risks and costs associated with the phenomenon of corruption.
