Lamitube (or laminate tubes) are essentially tubes that are made by sealing two sides of a flat laminate. This laminate may be ABL (Aluminium Barrier) or PBL (Plastic Barrier).
Contained in a class D clean room, PRPL has set up the infrastructure for this plant keeping in mind the importance of tubes as a primary packaging for pharmaceutical companies. With the entry of only authorized personnel, the plant requires proper gown/cap/shoe covers to be adorned by the entree. Equipped with additional precautionary measure like air shower and pass box, PRPL is committed to ensure that no form of dust is received by client. Printing on a flat laminate allows for better quality of printing, and with the value add options provided by PRPL, such as cold foiling, hot foiling, texture finish, matt finish, we believe laminate tubes will replace the plastic extrusion tubes in the near future.
