Maxxam Analytics Acquires Becquerel Labs
Maxxam Analytics has acquired Becquerel Laboratories to further increase the level of technical expertise.
Canadian based testing lab Maxxam Analytics has acquired Becquerel Laboratories. Becquerel provides highly specialized radiological testing and neutron activation testing services.
Maxxam does not plan to make any staffing or location changes for Becquerel.
Maxxam chief executive officer Jon Hantho said, “The acquisition of Becquerel is an exciting step for Maxxam to further increase the level of technical expertise our clients have access to. Becquerel’s capabilities are at the leading edge of clients’ emerging needs in terms of the environmental regulations we expect to see in the coming years.”
