Prisma Skin

PRISMA Skin® is a sterile medical device for topical use. PRISMA Skin, supplied in sheets measuring 10 x 10 cm, is contained in a sealed aluminum bag. Each pack contains 5 sterile pouches.

PRISMA Skin is indicated for the dressing of skin lesions secondary to spontaneous pathologies (eg: ulcers of the lower limbs in patients with chronic venous insufficiency, ischemic ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers) or due to environmental or traumatic causes (eg: decubitus, excoriation injuries, burns).

PRISMA Skin in contact with the lesion to be treated, absorbs water from the exudate forming a gel that has a barrier effect against bacteria, exerts a buffering effect on the pH of the lesion, maintains a moist microenvironment and promotes effective wound healing.

PRISMA Skin is indicated for the dressing of cleansed wounds with moderate to low exudate or lesions in the granulation phase.
