Swiss Chemicals Supplier Acquires Australia's Tiger Chemicals
Swiss chemicals supplier DKSH has acquired Australia's Tiger Chemicals, a company imports and distributes specialist chemicals and partly own-branded products.
Swiss chemicals supplier DKSH has acquired Melbourne-based Tiger Chemicals Company, which will be integrated into its Business Unit Performance Materials.
Established in 1988, Tiger Chemicals Company imports and distributes specialist chemicals and partly own-branded products.
DKSH said the move would strengthen its footprint in Australia, extend its activities to New Zealand and offer better market coverage in Asia Pacific to existing and new clients.
DKSH’s Business Unit Performance Materials sources, develops, markets, and distributes a range of specialist chemicals and food ingredients to customers in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and personal care industries.
