(Left) CIP unit [CS25] for in-situ cleaning of centrifuges, homogenizers and fermenters in a US based biotech facility.




(Right) CIP/SIP unit [CS25] for in-situ cleaning and sterilization of formulation and holding vessels for a US based CMO of sterile injectable drugs.




Both units are equipped with McFlusion's advanced software platform - including CIP (SIP) recipe editor, alarm handling and reporting as well as CIP/SIP process builder design (TM).




Both units are equipped with our Data Collection System (DCS) that collects and saves technical process data (DCS TECH) as well as prepares 21 CFR part 11 compliant reports (DCS GMP).
