NEST Biotechnology (Wuxi NEST Biotechnology Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “NEST”) was established in 2009 with the vision of “developing high-end consumables and building an internationally recognized brand.” The company focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of life science products. NEST has obtained ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 11137, FDA, and CE certifications, as well as medical device manufacturing licenses, and has become a leading manufacturer of medical and life science consumables in China. To ensure stable quality and achieve seamless integration from raw material procurement, production, packaging, sterilization to delivery, NEST invested RMB 150 million in 2012 to build a 27,000 m² manufacturing facility. The site includes a 10,600 m² Class 100,000 cleanroom, a 3,600 m² Class 10,000 cleanroom, a 2,300 m² pen injector controlled workshop, and an 850 m² prefilled syringe molding workshop. NEST utilizes internationally advanced Rhodotron TT300 irradiation equipment, with sterilization processes certified under ISO 13485 and ISO 11137 quality systems. The company also uses imported medical-grade raw materials compliant with USP Class VI standards and operates under GMP quality management practices. NEST’s business covers laboratory consumables, medical devices, pharmaceutical packaging consumables, and biological reagents, widely used in new drug development, vaccine production, cell therapy, medical aesthetics, biological research, and in vitro diagnostics.
