CIT Expands US Presence
CIT, a leading European non-clinical CRO has announced the opening of its new US subsidiary, CITox, Inc.
CIT, a leading European non-clinical CRO has announced the opening of its new US subsidiary, CITox, Inc. The new company is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and will spearhead CIT’s planned expansion of its US activities.
CIT simultaneously announced the appointment of Bernard Galat, 55, as Vice President Business Development, North America. Galat is a US citizen and will be based in the Boston office.
“We are excited to make this significant investment, which affirms CIT’s commitment to our North American clients and provides the opportunity to deliver an even higher quality of service as we increase our market share,” said Sophie Baratte, CIT CEO.
The US represents 15% of CIT’s current sales and the company aims to increase this to 30% in 3–5 years.
“CIT is also pleased to introduce Bernard Galat and announce this key appointment as a further indication of our continued customer centric growth,” said Baratte. &
