FIS redefines the structure of its commercial department

Luca Parlanti and Gianluca Schiavoni join FIS as directors of the new generics and custom divisions

Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici S.p.A. has completed the reorganization of its commercial department through the creation of two new divisions: Generics and Custom. Subsequently the company is announcing that Gianluca Schiavoni joins the team as Sales Director Generics while Luca Parlanti takes on the role of Sales Director Custom.

Luca Parlanti, born in 1970, holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the Sapienza University of Rome and has worked in Italy and abroad for some of the most important companies in the Pharma and CDO sectors. Before joining FIS, he was Head of Business Development Custom Synthesis at Siegfried.

Gianluca Schiavoni, born in 1974, graduated in Economics and Business Administration at the University of Bari and gained important professional experience at international level within leading companies in the pharmaceutical sector. He was previously Sales Director at HRA Pharma.

The two managers will report directly to CEO Michele Gavino and will focus on the further strengthening of the company's custom and generic products offer.
