Patheon 1Q11 Sales Figure

Patheon returned to profitability in its first quarter of 2011 as revenue rose to US$175.7 million.

Patheon Inc., a provider of contract development and manufacturing services to the global pharmaceutical industry, announced yesterday its results for the first quarter ended January 31, 2011.

1Q Revenues: $175.7 million (+12%)

1Q Loss: $500,000 (loss of $11.1 million 1Q10)
