Sherma Ellis Daal is Brand Manager serving the CPHI portfolio at Informa Markets. She has been with the company since 2017 and has worked on many CPHI events including CPHI India, CPHI Japan, CPHI Middle East & Africa, CPHI South East Asia and Pharmapack.

Her years at Informa Markets has been dedicated to transitioning the brand into a customer-centric culture to improve satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy. Her passion lies in bridging the gap between government and industry ensuring that the wider pharma supply chain are making the right connections fueling sustainability and growth.

Sherma Ellis Daal holds a Marketing degree from Hampton University in Virginia, US. She holds a MSc Marketing degree from Vrije Univesiteit, Amsterdam Netherlands.

Carla is Group Operations Manager and responsible for the operational delivery of all Informa Markets events within the Health & Nutrition portfolio across the EMEA region including CPHI Worldwide, Pharmapack Europe, CPHI Middle-East and Africa as well as Food ingredients & Health ingredients Europe, Vitafoods Europe and Vitafoods Asia, ranging from 15,000 to 220,000 sqm and 3,000 to 50,000 attendees from more than 150 countries.

Based in Amsterdam, she has been with the company since 2014 and has worked in the Events industry her entire career. Firstly in corporate events, then focused on large scale Sports and Music events in The Netherlands until she made the switch to work in International Exhibitions 10 years ago.

As part of the wider EMEA Senior Operations Management team she is responsible for the implementation of Informa AllSecure; Informa’s approach to enhanced health and safety standards at our events following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tara is Head of Content and Insights for the Pharma Portfolio at Informa Markets, where she has worked since 2015. In this role, Tara leads the digital and live content strategy for CPHI Worldwide, Pharmapack Europe and CPHI North America.

Tara has over 8 years of experience in creating content for conferences, exhibitions and online audiences, across North and Latin America, Asia, Europe and MEA, and has worked in London, New York and Amsterdam.
