Tribenzor Proven Effective for Hypertension

The Phase III study included 2,492 patients and showed Tribenzor was safe and effective in patients with hypertension.

Daiichi Sankyo has reported positive findings from a new clinical trial of three-in-one combination product Tribenzor as a treatment for high blood pressure.

 

The Phase III, multicentre, randomised, parallel-group study included 2,492 patients, and showed that Tribenzor was safe and effective in patients with hypertension.

 

The study also demonstrated that long-term treatment with the triple combination therapy was effective regardless of age, diabetic condition or race.

 

The adverse affects seen with the use of the drug include dizziness, peripheral edema, nasopharyngitis and upper respiratory tract infection.
