Molly Bowman has over ten years of experience in the life sciences industry supporting companies in the global generic pharmaceutical sector. In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing the content collection and integration of the Cortellis forGenerics Intelligence product suite. Previously, Molly worked in the veterinary product and environmental field as a project coordinator and quality assurance officer. She holds a degree in chemistry from Smith College and performed graduate studies at the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
Gianluca Franguelli

Gianluca Franguelli is the Vice President of Drug Development at Recipharm. After spending a couple of decades in sales and marketing roles for several international API manufacturers, Gianluca contributed a few years ago, creating a unique Center of Excellence at Recipharm dedicated to drug substance development.
Discover, develop and manufacturing is something which Gianluca has a passion for. He works closely with pharmaceutical industry stakeholders addressing broader patient needs and non-profit organizations contributing to rare disease care.
Gianluca holds a degree in international law but is genuinely passionate about chemistry. He loves speed, especially on water or tracks.

Piramal Pharma Solutions
As Chief Commercial Officer at Piramal Pharma Solutions, Stuart Needleman is responsible for driving all global business development activities for the services business, ranging from discovery services to commercial supply, in both drug substance and drug products. Stu plays a key role in enabling successful growth and execution of all PPS offerings.
Stu is a respected senior executive in the contract services industry, having held leadership roles in global business development, sales and marketing, and operations, in a distinguished career that spans nearly three decades. His track record of driving sustainable growth at attractive margins, across several leading global organizations is well acknowledged by the industry. He also has had proven experience in developing seamless solutions that integrate drug substance and drug products.
Stu also functions as Chief Patient Centricity Officer for PPS. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that everyone at the company understands their role in helping to reduce the burden of disease and remains focused on the needs of the patient.
Immediately prior to joining PPS, Stu served as the President of Laurus Synthesis, a subsidiary of Laurus Labs. Prior to Laurus, Stu was President and Chief Operating Officer of Aptuit. Stu also held key roles at Cambrex, Oxford Asymmetry, ChiRex, and Rhodia Pharma Solutions in his earlier stints. He earned an MBA and BSc. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). Stu resides with his wife and daughter in Trumbull, Connecticut, US.
