Star Lake Bioscience Co, Inc. Zhaoqing Guangdong is a manufacturing enterprise with biological fermentation and biochemical engineering as coretechnology. It was established as the Zhaoqing Agricultural Microorganism Factory which was found in 1964 and advanced to produce MSG in 1981. Later on,the former statenwned Zhaoqing MSG factory transformed into a joint-stock company in 1992, as one of the first eight innovation joint-stock companies inGuangdong. In Aug 1994, it was then fisted on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with its registered name"Star Lake Bioscience"and stock code"600866". Until Apr 2009, Guangdong Guangxin Holding Group Ltd. Became Star Lake Bioscience's main shareholder by acquiring controlling stake from Zhaoqing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission oF the people's government of Zhaoqing MunicipaTity. In 2019, we acquired Sichuan Jiuling Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. In 2022, we acquired Ningxia Eppen Biotech Co., Ltd.
