  • What is the CPHI Contractors' Directory?

    The CPHI Contractors' Directory is an exclusive platform showcasing stand-building expertise and completed projects. It connects CPHI-certified contractors with exhibitors seeking professional stand-building services.

  • How can I be listed on the directory?

    To be listed, stand-builder contractors must complete the mandatory CPHI Contractors' Course, which includes modules on Health & Safety and Better Stands Programme. Upon certification, you'll receive access to create your company profile.

  • When will my company profile go live?

    Your company profile will go live within 48 hours of successfully completing the CPHI Contractors' Course. Our team will activate your profile once certification is confirmed.

  • How long will my company listing stay in the directory?

    Your listing will remain active until May 2027, provided you maintain compliance with health and safety standards and Better Stands requirements. CPHI reserves the right to remove companies with H&S incidents or multiple single-use Better Stand reports. For complete details, refer to the Contractors' Guide in the manual.

  • Why should I create a profile?

    The CPHI Contractors' Directory connects you directly with exhibitors seeking stand-building services. At CPHI Frankfurt 2025, nearly half of all stands were Space Only bookings—representing significant opportunities for contractors offering design, construction, and installation services.

  • How do I access the course?

    The course will be available for contractors working with CPHI exhibitors and accessible through the Exhibitor Manual

  • What are the benefits of having my profile on the directory?

    Beyond CPHI certification, your profile receives active promotion to exhibitors across CPHI's network, significantly enhancing your visibility, credibility, and industry recognition.

  • What languages are available for the CPHI Contractors’ Course?

    The course is available in five languages: English, Italian, Chinese, Polish, and Hindi.

  • What is the deadline to complete the course in order to be listed?

    Contractors must pass the course by July 31st 2026.

Contractor Profiles

  • How do I update my Company Profile?

    Once you have logged in to your account, click on the user icon and then click on View Profile. Next, click on My Company to access the editing panel. After you have made your changes, don't forget to save and publish.

  • How do I update my Personal Profile?

    Once you have logged in to your account, click on the user icon and then click on View Profile. Next, click on My Profile. This is where you can update and save your profile information.

  • How long do I have access to my Company Profile?

    Access to update your Company Profile through the self-service portal is unlimited. Profiles on the Directory itself are listed for limited amount of time, which is linked to the event for which the company has completed the training. When the Company Profile expires, exhibitors will no longer be able to see it listed, but access to the self-service portal remains. The Contractor Company will be listed again once the latest course has been completed.

  • How can I update the company name and country information?

    Log into your account. click on the user icon and then click on View Profile. Next, click on My Company and update your company information as needed. While you can change the company name as needed, if you are making a major name change we recommend you also inform the Customer Service team. It is mandatory to add at least one country for the office location, but you can add as many countries as you have active offices around the world. After you have made your changes, don't forget to save and publish.

  • How can I add or delete team members with admin rights?

    You can add team members and allocate rights to them. Admins can update the company information and/or add representatives to represent the company.

  • How do I nominate course takers?

    (1) Log in to your profile.

    (2) Select the Team Members tab and add register all the team members you want linked to your company. Click Publish.

    (3) Go to the Nominate Course Takers tab and add the team members with their onsite schedule.

    Important: Click Publish!

  • What if I do not remember my login or password?

    If you do not remember your password, please click on the Login button at the top right of the screen and then click on the Forgot Password option.

    If you do not remember your email address, please contact a support representative at  [email protected]. They will be happy to assist you.

  • How do I upload or change the products that appear on the company page?

    To change the products that appear on the company page, navigate to the Products/Services tab, then select Add Product. Fill in the required information on the form and click Save and then Publish to publish it to the company page.

    To make further changes, you can click on the editing Pencil icon to edit a product or the Trash icon to delete it as shown below

  • How does the directory ensure contractor quality?

    All listed contractors have completed CPHI's mandatory training on Health & Safety and Better Stands, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, sustainability standards, and full regulatory compliance.

  • What is the difference between a listed contractor and a preferred contractor?

    Preferred contractors are CPHI-trained professionals with an established track record of successfully delivering stands across multiple Informa events and working with numerous exhibitors.

  • How do I work with a trained contractor?

    Browse the directory freely without registration. Download contractor brochures for detailed information and contact them directly using the details provided on their profile.
