Industry Webinar Indena and TCG Greenchem Join Forces to Advance Next-Generation ADC Technologies
This presentation introduces a new strategic collaboration between Indena, an Italian global leader in the development and production of high-quality active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and highly potent APIs (HPAPIs), and TCG GreenChem, an innovative science-driven CDMO based in Princeton, USA. The goal of the partnership is to advance next generation ADC technologies and accelerate the development of innovative, sustainable payload–linkers for antibody-drug conjugates, by integrating Indena’s expertise in developing and producing high-potent payloads with TCG GreenChem’s advanced approaches in green chemistry, catalysis and biocatalysis, and “first-time-right” methodologies. By combining complementary capabilities, the two companies aim to provide ADC developers with faster and more efficient routes to clinical and commercial supply. The first milestone of this cooperation focuses on a novel payload–linker designed to showcase how this integrated approach can reduce development timelines and improve delivery to patients.
