More than 260 sets of machinery including vials making machine assembled with automatic loading machine, inspection machine and annealing furnace. Equipped with laboratory and all kinds of inspection machine. Could inspect hydrolytic resistance, Lyophilized test , brimful capacity, internal stress, and vertical axis deviation. We can make 2.5billions pieces annually with all kinds of glass vials size from 1-30ml.
Caps:
there are domestic advanced CNC machine, infusion caps making machine, flip-off caps making machinery, and 100000 level clean room for the caps making department, could make 2 billion pieces caps annually including oral liquid vials caps. Infusion bottle caps , flip off caps etc.
