CPHI Webinar Series
Advancing RTU tub innovations: Tackling Plastic Waste and Overcoming Performance Concerns
What will this webinar address?
During the webinar, we will talk through the current sustainability challenges posed by plastic waste, emphasizing to the pharmaceutical community how the RTU process can be enhanced by adopting a more circular economy approach.
Pharmaceutical companies are increasingly setting ambitious sustainability targets, such as achieving zero waste to landfill and effectively recycling all recyclable materials. Innovation is essential, and sustainability can serve as a catalyst for this change when driven by a compelling cause.
Additionally, the webinar will showcase the performance benefits of polyester-based RTU tubs, which can lead to process efficiencies by reducing particulate generation.
When you attend this webinar, you will:
- Gain a deeper understanding of the plastic waste challenges within the RTU process.
- Recognize the critical role of sustainability in packaging and the advantages of adopting a circular economy approach.
- Discover how improving process efficiencies can drive innovation in product design and materials, leading to new solutions that reduce waste and particulate generation.
- Be inspired to collaborate with industry partners to establish a network for collecting and recycling used tubs, improving the overall efficiency of the recycling process.
