Eldon James sanitary flange fittings were designed for single-use fluid transfer systems, manifolds and other sensitive applications where a quick and secure sanitary connection is needed.

The single-barb construction offers superior connections to TPE tubing such as Flexelene™ FX, CFX, FLXC tubing allowing for ease of assembly but at much higher pressure ratings and reducing potential leakage. 

Bag Ports, also called Port Plates or Port Disks, are made for ultrasonicor thermal welding to like materials used in the medical andpharmaceutical industries.

These single-use bags are used to transfer drug compounds, cell culture (both animal and plant), and fermentation as well as othermedia and fluid in the bio-pharmaceutical industry. Port discs are also used in the biomedical market and laboratory environment in fluid management applications.

EJ Prene is designed for peristaltic pump applications offering durability with excellent pump life - reducing production downtime due to tube failure. Lightweight, EJ Prene tubing is flexible with very good chemical compatibility, and can be used in a wide range of applications. This high-performance elastomer exhibits similar properties as rubber and is the first choice as an alternative to Santoprene®.

Flexelene® 135C is a durable TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) and an excellent choice for use in peristaltic pump applications and alternative to silicone. Flexelene 135C has been developed to meet the critical demands of pharmaceutical, bioprocess, medical and laboratory applications.

SeriesLock® fittings are offered to accommodate barb sizes ranging from 1/8 in. ID to 1 in. ID Tubing. Connector solutions offer spring-free flow path and audible click for connection. Product optimizes the flow, reduces restriction, turbidity, foaming and bubbles. Units come with recessed mating aseptic connection, safety slide release and single barb technology and reduce accidental disconnects.
