Carfilzomib Powder for Infusion 60 mg       Introduction: Anticancer medicine used to treat multiple myeloma. 
Use: For relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma, alone or in combination with other therapies. 
MOA: Irreversibly inhibits the 20S proteasome, causing accumulation of proteins in cancer cells and inducing apoptosis. 
Amphotericin B Liposomal Injection 50 mg 
Introduction: Liposomal antifungal medicine for treating severe systemic fungal infections. 
Use: Treats invasive fungal infections, visceral leishmaniasis, and is used as empirical therapy in febrile neutropenic patients. 
MOA: Binds to ergosterol in fungal cell membranes, forms pores, and causes fungal cell death. The liposomal formulation reduces kidney toxicity while improving targeted drug delivery.
