About Adalid Sciences

Adalid Sciences develops next-generation lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for RNA and DNA therapeutics. Founded in 2024 as an IOCB Prague spin-off and backed by BTL Group.
LNP performance depends on the whole composition, not just the ionizable lipid. We combine proprietary ionizable lipids with lipid-polymer conjugates that replace PEG-lipid entirely, and compositions customizable for multi-cargo delivery, prolonged circulation or targeting — backed by a library of preclinical LNPs and in-house high-throughput assembly instrumentation.
Partners come to us for difficult targets and PEG liabilities — via licensing or fee-for-service.
