CAP INGELEC

Specializing in the manufacture and distribution of injectable medications, PANPHARMA has decided to reconfigure its industrial site in La Selle-en-Luitré (35), built in 1983, to strengthen and modernize its production capabilities.CAP INGELEC is responsible for the design and implementation of a portion of the project under a turnkey contract, including the creation of a new penicillin production unit as well as the reconfiguration and expansion of another.The design phase took place from October to December 2022. This was followed by the start of construction in January 2023, involving the construction of new aseptic cleanrooms and the renovation of existing cleanrooms.

CAP INGELEC has successfully completed a major project for Just – Evotec Biologics: the turnkey construction of the J.POD® plant in Toulouse.As part of its expansion, Just – Evotec Biologics has chosen to build its first European biotherapeutics plant, called J.POD®, in Toulouse. This plant, the second of its kind and the first in Europe, uses adaptable J.POD® technology to provide essential capabilities for the manufacture of clinical and commercial biologics.

As general contractor, CAP INGELEC played a key role in the completion of this major project. In less than 2 years, our teams designed and built 3,950 m² of turnkey cGMP cleanrooms. This project, completed to a very tight deadline, required close collaboration between all the parties involved.
