Spanance is a next-generation CDMO built for optionality. We focus on downstream operations and sterile injectable fill-finish, while keeping our platform open to additional program types, so partners can move faster without locking into a single path.
Our 3,000 m² GMP-designed site in Mação, Portugal (1.5 hours from Lisbon) combines modular rooms with independent HVAC and centralized BMS for precise environmental control. The facility supports aseptic and non-sterile work across multiple dosage forms. We collaborate with pharma, biotech, and health-adjacent teams – whether you need a nimble manufacturing partner, a site to anchor a program, or short-term capacity for overflow production.
