Zhejiang Chemicals Import & Export Corporation (ZHECHEM) originated from the establishment of the National Chemicals Import and Export Corporation, Zhejiang branch, in 1980, which belongs to Sinochem Group at present. In 1982, ZHECHEM registered business license from the Industry and Commerce of the Locality.
