GENiSYS Lab

GENiSYS Lab
Product Description

AST’s GENiSYS Lab bench top systems are ideal for drug product development, process development, and small batch cGMP production applications. Each system is designed to automate the critical aseptic operations for vial, syringe and cartridge processing to reduce contamination risk and product variability. These compact systems give operators precise control over the aseptic fill-finish process, facilitate process development and allow for seamless tech transfer to AST’s higher output systems as production needs increase.

The GENiSYS Lab product line include: the Container Filling System, for vial, syringe and cartridge filling, as well as placement of serum stoppers and press-fit caps in vials; the Container Closing System to automate syringe and cartridge closing using vent-tube, vacuum, or combination methods; and the Vial Sealing System for vial closing with crimp caps.
