The free webinar investigates online training and how it can essentially optimize the tablet manufacturing process.
I Holland, manufacturers of tablet tooling for the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical markets, will be sharing their knowledge by hosting a free webinar on 10 September 2020 which will focus on how to keep tablet production staff skilled with online training.
The webinar ‘How to keep tablet production staff skilled with online training’ will look at how e-learning is an effective tool in which to keep staff proficient in all areas of tablet compaction, and ultimately lead to improved productivity and an enhanced end product.
Alex Bunting, I Holland Marketing Manager said: “Online training is really important to ensure staff improve their knowledge and can easily adapt to changing regulations, requirements and operating procedures within tablet manufacture. This is particularly essential now as we look for new remote or distanced working methods in the wake of the coronavirus."
Specifically, the free webinar investigates online training and how it can essentially optimize the tablet manufacturing process by enhancing the skills of operators, technicians, supervisors and managers.
A ‘virtual classroom’ platform can help staff to advance their understanding of key aspects in tablet compaction, but with the convenience of taking place online. This means training can happen at any time and from anywhere with the flexibility to revisit key information when required.
“E-learning provides an economical training solution which results in better performance and faster tablet production. During the free webinar, our team of experts will walk attendees through the various benefits of online training and how it can be easily established within the company,” said Bunting.
