In collaboration with the research groups of Fondazione Italiana Fegato Onlus (FIF)  APPLIVER™ was tested in in vitro model of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), characterized to develop fibrosis.

  • Reduction of collagen both in terms of gene expression and extracellular content (fibrosis)
  • Downregulation in TNF-alpha
