In response to the increasing demand for POSIMAT unscramblers in pharmaceutical industries, POSIMAT created its Pharmacy Division, specializes in solving the specific needs of these sectors.  
Tablets filled in jars, ayurvedic drinks filled in bottles, ophthalmic drops filled in small flasks,… they all request dedicated solutions. Moreover, each project has its own URS which needs to be carefully reviewed, studied, and applied. For this reason, POSIMAT has three dedicated unscramblers that cover all requests for the pharma industry: ASEPTIC, POSIPHARMA, and MICRO

Bottles are unscrambled by use of gravity only (no hooks, vibrators, or belts used). 

Low maintenance equipment, low investment in spare parts, and in maintenance downtime. 


Quick changeover time (no tools needed). Contact parts with container can be fully disassembled for sterilization. 


Repeatability of performance after changeover guaranteed, without additional settings.

Unscrambling is possible with different options: No use of pressurized air or by using filtered pressurized air, depending on URS.

In their will to simplify the installation and operation of the filling lines, POSIMAT supplies its unscramblers in both options: stand alone or monoblock (to be installed with the filler machine, thus supplying only mechanical parts, lowering overall electrical and IQ/OQ costs).
