Ethanol Water Distillation/Rectification

One of our customers selected our BZ750-2P type HDM to solve their problem. The BZ750-2P contains 2 layers of rotors. The system is designed as continuous rectification.

In this case, the Ethanol in water is significantly reduced to 0.2% by HDM, comparing to 3% when using conventional column, therefore our HDM is much superior to a conventional column for Methanol Recovery and/or Removal.
