High containment filter-dryer

Nutsche filter-dryer for the filtration, drying and full discharge of HP-APIs

3V Tech has designed and fabricated this small filter-dryer for the production of extremely high potent APIs. The majority of the filter-dryer is located inside an isolator so that all production and maintenance operations involving the filter can be executed under full containment.

Product discharge, bottom removal, filter screen replacement, dust filter cartridge replacement are handles with in the isolator ensuring the maximum state of the art of an HP-APIs filter-dryer (CPT: 1 ng/m³ (OEL - 8Hr TWA).
